Through the Bible in a Year
Today in my message I mentioned that one of the most effective ways to grow as a Christian is to read through the Bible each year. My typical plan (which you can read about in the post below this one) doesn’t quite get me through the Old Testament but gets me through the New Testament each year. Since it’s October, it’s kind of a funny time to start a through the Bible in a year plan, but you don’t have to start in the beginning of the Bible!

If you don’t like any of these or you feel they’re a little too much, just Google “Bible reading plans” and you’ll find lots of other options.
Beginning in 2010 we’ll offer some practical help by continuing to remind you week in and week out around Arrowhead, but this should get us started right now.
