Sunday Recap
Another great day at Arrowhead today! Eli wanted to help give the recap.
- Several new faces who couldn’t make it last week. If you make it to the blog this week, let me say I hope you felt right at home and experienced God’s presence in worship. We don’t take it as a small thing that you would come and are honored that you’d join us!
- I’ve said before and thoroughly believe it’s a huge thing when somebody comes to any church for the first time, but it’s almost even better seeing somebody come back a second time! It was so good to see some of the same faces from last week.
- People from last week brought friends or family back with them! Thanks to everybody who took that step. God used you this week.
- 37 people took part in ArrowheadKids today. We want to be a place where kids love going to church and are hearing great stories of kids having a blast.
- Week 2 of the Believe series. John is such a great book. We talked about God taking the step to actually communicate with us from 1:1-18. It’s not just that He is some distant deity. He’s a personal God and has sent us the Word made flesh in Jesus Christ and left us His Word in the Scriptures. Again, how would your life be different this week if you took the time to listen?
- The band continues to do a great job. I think we got the volume issues from last week worked out.
- Need to work on getting some pictures and the audio up this week so we can get rid of that “Coming Soon” from the media section of the website!
It’s gonna be a great week spending time getting to know some folks who are calling Arrowhead home. Hope you have a great one as well.
